What does the onboarding fee cover?

We add your products, costs and every platform's item IDs, set up your team's logins, and show your team which reports to download. It's paid once.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, move up or down any time. Your data stays as it is.

I sell on more platforms than my plan allows. What happens?

Pick the platforms that matter most, or move to a plan with more. Reports from platforms outside your plan can't be uploaded.

Do you offer a custom plan?

Yes. Agencies and large brands can get a plan built for them. Talk to us.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded. See the terms.
